A rapidly growing distribution company is expanding its vendor retail partnerships and is seeking an Analytics Operations Manager to join its operations team. This role is ideal for a data-savvy professional with strong Excel skills and experience in retail distribution. The Analytics Manager will uncover cost-saving opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance team performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze UPS and FedEx chargebacks to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate domestic shipping strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery speed.
• Streamline order intake and fulfillment processes to accelerate turnaround times.
• Extract and analyze ERP data to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
• Generate KPI reports to monitor employee productivity and warehouse metrics.
• Design and implement data collection and analysis strategies to support business goals.
• Identify trends and patterns in complex datasets to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain and optimize reporting systems and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align analytics with operational needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a U.S. college or university.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience working with retail accounts in a distribution or logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret vendor reports.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
