Assistant Farm Manager needed for a 5000 acre (irrigated and dryland) family farm in Northeast Montana that produces small grains and pinto beans. MUST have farming and mechanical background and be familiar with the operation of newer John Deere and Caterpillar equipment, Valley Center Pivots and GPS. This is a "working manager" position and applicants must experience seeding, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting, and tending to water usage of crops. Also want someone who works well with others and can also work independently. This position reports to the farm owner. Excellent salary dependent on experience. Benefits include 2 week paid vacation, 4 bedroom house, and home to work transportation.
