As a Family Law Attorney, you will represent clients in a wide range of sensitive family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases. You will provide strategic legal analysis, engage in negotiation and oral advocacy, and manage cases from intake through resolution. Your ability to communicate effectively and remain composed in emotionally charged situations will be critical to your success in this role.

Essential Requirements

1️⃣ Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing (required).

2️⃣ 2–3 years of litigation experience (required).

3️⃣ 1–2 years of family law experience (preferred).

4️⃣ Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and written communication skills.

5️⃣ Ability to manage high-stress and emotionally complex cases with professionalism.

Responsibilities

1️⃣ Provide effective legal analysis, strategy, and representation in family law matters.

2️⃣ Handle cases involving divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence.

3️⃣ Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare for hearings and mediations.

4️⃣ Negotiate settlements and advocate persuasively in court.

5️⃣ Collaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and legal support staff to move cases efficiently through the litigation process.
