This role acts as the communication and workflow bridge between the Estimating Department and internal/external stakeholders who depend on timely and accurate project estimates. The Bid Coordinator is responsible for organizing bid information, preparing Bills of Materials, managing proposal submissions, and coordinating awarded jobs as they transition into production.
