Job Title: IT Business Analyst - I/ System Troubleshooting Specialist

Job Location: Atlanta, GA

Project Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension

(1-18 Years experience. High proficiency with SQL language, database management, and any SAP module ( SAP ECC P08 SAP S4, SAP Ariba, SAP HANA )

Job Summary:

Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels

The Business Systems Analyst supports under Management Systems NAOU’s Supply Chain Transformation Organization.

• As a System Troubleshooting Specialist, the resource will be responsible for not only diagnostics but also be able to do some troubleshooting. So, there is a need of a resource that not only understands somewhat of the technical complexity, understands SAP Ariba S4 , but also be able to get hands to keyboard to be able to execute some of those transactions.
• Will be doing troubleshooting, does root cause analysis, but also will propose potential solutions to this issue.
• Ideally, looking for someone who understands Supply chain, different modules of supply chain, also is able to be somewhat tach savvy that is able to communicate not only to the business but upgrade the verbiage to be able to communicate to the IT team.
• Someone who understands hands to keyboard, understands transactional data, understands how to execute the transactions in S4.
• It’s really a person that could bridge the gap between technology, business, and in the meantime would be to support our partner and execute in our S4 environment on the behalf of our partner to be able to just get the issues out the door.

Key activities include the support on project deployment of information systems to new 3P partners (SAP ECC P08 SAP S4 SAP Ariba and EDI) identify and analyze system identified errors issue triage and determining root cause of the problem.

Provide suggestion to implement troubleshooting strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system vulnerabilities.

Monitor system performance and conduct regular sample testing to proactively identify potential issues yet to occur

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and implement precise management plans for every project with attention to transparent communication at all levels

Qualifications:

• Technical Degree or related work experience

• Proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity

• High proficiency with SQL language and database management

• Proven analytical abilities

• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports

• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Experience working with Business Objects.

• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.

Experience:

Level I (0-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)
