Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager Location: Charlotte, NC or Austin, TX (Hybrid)

2ULaundry and LaundroLab are on a mission to create time for the world to focus on the things that matter most - and that probably isn't laundry! We're a startup that is rewriting the rules around this time-consuming task by building two complementary brands. With our convenient pick-up and drop-off service and modern, inviting laundromats, we provide people with an effortless and convenient solution to laundry and dry cleaning to give them back time because as we all know, time is valuable.

We're historically a residential laundry service that recently launched a commercial vertical. However, this commercial vertical is B2B, not B2C, and operates in a more traditional B2B sales process which is why it makes sense to have a Sales Manager and an inside sales team.

What are Commercial Laundry Accounts? Airbnb portfolios, boutique hotels, Massage, Med Spa, Day Spa, Salons, etc. All these accounts are businesses who use laundry as a commodity in their day to day business. The average account is very sticky with a high retention rate. The decision makers are often business owners or operations leads at small businesses.

This pivotal role requires developing integrated sales and marketing strategies focused on attracting and servicing high-value clients in segments such as Airbnb portfolios, fitness centers, educational institutions, salons, and other commercial enterprises.

You will lead initiatives that bring in new commercial business, manage relationships, and collaborate closely with marketing to develop campaigns that support sales efforts and brand consistency across corporate and franchised locations.
