Job Description

AYANA Hospitality is inviting applications for the prestigious role of Director of Marketing Communications at AYANA Midplaza in Jakarta. This pivotal position is designed for a seasoned professional who will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative marketing communication strategies tailored to enhance AYANA's brand presence and drive guest engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms, while continually seeking new ways to connect with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing communication strategy that aligns with AYANA's business objectives.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing communications team to achieve excellence in campaign execution.

  • Enhance brand awareness through effective public relations, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Manage the development of marketing materials ensuring they meet brand standards.

  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and managing diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
