TITLE: Forward Planning/Entitlement Manager
ABOUT THE JOB:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Forward Planning/Entitlement Manager to lead the entitlement and land development process. This critical leadership role will oversee all aspects of forward planning, from feasibility studies and entitlement strategies to municipal approvals and project closeout. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in land use and legalities with exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in land development and forward planning within residential real estate or homebuilding, preferably in the California market.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Planning or Civil Engineering
- Proven track record in entitlement processes, strategic planning, and municipal negotiations
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders
