Responsibilities:

Help develop health and wellness plans for clients based on assessments and goals
Conduct fitness evaluations and provide exercise guidance tailored to individual needs
Monitor clients' progress and adjust wellness plans as needed to ensure effectiveness
Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices to promote overall well-being
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and standards in all interactions

Qualifications:

Personal training, or experience in a related field such as Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Health Promotion
Strong interpersonal communication skills
