You'll serve as a key liaison between logistics partners and internal teams-working to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement reporting requirements (e.g., rate impact, root cause, and performance metrics)
  • Evaluate supply chain performance against organizational KPIs and budget goals
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams (strategic sourcing, operations, sales)
  • Support trade compliance functions and oversee associated personnel
  • Assist in the selection of fleet drivers and acquisition of transport equipment
  • Publish and present logistics performance metrics to internal stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor team members, developing talent and enhancing team effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics within a manufacturing environment
  • At least 3 years working directly with Asia-Pacific logistics and trade, including cultural familiarity
  • Proven experience managing freight contracts, partners, and logistics bids
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a logistics-focused role
  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
