Job Summary:
The Process Engineer is key in optimizing bank operations, specializing in the creation and representation of business processes using BPMN to enhance workflow understanding and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with process owners and subject matter experts to accurately map end-to-end processes and develop a hierarchical structure for organizational processes. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical skill, experience in process management within the banking industry, and effective project and change management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model banking processes utilizing BPMN for clear visual representation and workflow optimization.
• Lead and facilitate discussions with teams or process owners and subject matter experts for accurate end-to-end process documentation.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive process hierarchy tailored to organizational needs.
• Ensure efficient delivery of process map artifacts and maintain high levels of organization.
• Employ project and change management principles to guide process improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and experience with BPMN.
• Proven ability to lead teams in process documentation.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lucid Chart.

Industry Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in process management within the banking or financial services sector.
