Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our facility. This role leads the production team to meet safety, quality, and yield targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. The Production Manager ensure production schedules are met and that processes are optimized to support operational goals.

Duties

• Manage and coordinate daily production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output.
• Lead, coach, and develop team leads and front-line employees to build a high-performance production team.
• Monitor KPIs such as yield, labor productivity, waste, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
• Support production planning and inventory management to align output with demand forecasts and shipping schedules.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and consistency.
• Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and employee engagement across the production floor.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts related to labor, materials, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in commissioning and ramp up activities for new production lines as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Five plus years of experience in production or operations leadership in food manufacturing or related industry.
• Prefer candidates to have knowledge or certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and audit compliance (FSMA, HACCP, SQF, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
