Full-time: 40 hours per week, 24/7 on call
Description
Maintain accurate and up-to-date health files on all participants. Provide notices on the front cover of participant’s records of any physical, medical or other restrictions staff needs to be aware of. Administer medically prescribed medications and maintain medical cabinet with all medically approved medications, supplies and equipment. Schedule and coordinate dental, medical and pharmaceutical services as needed. Assist consulting physicians in routine or emergency examinations as requested. Assume responsibility for order and maintenance of the health record keeping system and take part in prescribed record keeping techniques. Coordinate with clinical staff in monitoring the general health and safety standards used.
Qualifications
Registered by the State of New York as an RN. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid driver’s license required.
Pay Rate
$88,400 – $98,800 per year
