Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
Assist with travel reservations, itinerary changes, and bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, vacation packages)
Explain travel policies, procedures, and current promotions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Manage escalations with care to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Access to a reliable internet connection, laptop, and smartphone
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn—no prior travel industry experience required (training provided)
1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
Multilingual skills are a plus
