Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 10–15 years of hands‑on warehouse operations experience, including work in 3PL environments . The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented , skilled in inventory control , and proficient with ERP systems . This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to operate a stand‑up reach truck forklift safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and accuracy.
• Operate stand‑up reach truck forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Experience:

• 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Certified or experienced in stand‑up reach truck forklift operation.
• Strong understanding of inventory control , cycle counting, and warehouse documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
