Family Law Associate – Orlando

Location: Orlando, FL

Compensation: $240,000 – $260,000 + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, paternity, custody, child support, alimony, relocation, and domestic violence matters
• Draft and negotiate marital settlement agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and parenting plans
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct legal research; and assist with hearings, mediation, and trial preparation
• Manage client communications with professionalism, empathy, and strategic insight
• Collaborate directly with partners to craft tailored legal strategies for complex family law disputes

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• 2–3 years of family law experience within a law firm environment
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal abilities
